I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it enough in my blogs and tweets that I’m a Taylor Swift fan (believe it or not, haha)!! As for how she manages her personal life, only one thing I can say, she may have the weirdest ways of coping with failures (whatever kind) but she gets over them and turns them around to something positive. She’s a fighter and she knows how to use her resources to get back on track. With that said, you can only imagine how happy I was when I got a pair of Limited Edition Keds by Taylor Swift trainers! These are definitely one of my favorite pairs of shoes right now — thing is, I don’t want to overuse them!
I don’t know what came up with me but I wanted to go for a pretty androgynous look when I came up with this outfit. I don’t think I’ve ever worn something like this ever so I find it to be so cool that I actually came up with this, haha! I wore this out to lunch and a few drinks with a couple of friends one afternoon.
When I have lunch with my family or friends, I always make it a point to dress up, appropriately. I guess it’s cause I feel that I should always be presentable in front of them no matter what. For this look I went out for a quick snack and some Jamba Juice with my friends, good times! I always look forward to spending time with those who I love!
Don’t you just love it when the sun is shining here in Manila? Yes, it does get pretty hot but for myself and fellow bloggers it’s such good news cause that means.. OUTDOOR LOOK PHOTOS! With this weather, dressing up becomes more fun and interesting. Gosh, gotta love the sun.
I wanted to stick to bright colours with contrasting plain colored bottoms and prints.. Hence, the bright mustard top, white denims, colourful accessories and my aztec printed peep toes!
Don’t you just love my top? The design of this top quite awesome. If you look straight at me my top actually looks like a basic tee but the moment I turn around, VOILA! That’s where all the drama of the shirt is at. While I was shopping around SM my mum was actually the one who spotted it and I’m glad she did! It’s not only casual but when paired with the right bottoms and accessories this could actually turn into a pretty dressy top — Hitting two birds with one stone, SCORE!
Didn’t I tell you that I kept my accessories colourful and that I wore printed peep toes? Haha! I swear, I love these aztec printed heels from Primadonna. Not only are they so chic but they’re super easy to walk around in! Perfect for girls on the go don’t you think?
Okay. One last shot.. OF MY FACE!! Sorry!! I just love it so much when the purple of my hair pops out. I guess I like documenting it because I know that it might wash off soon so I might as well document it while I still can, haha!

While I was getting dressed I had this odd urge to dress differently. Differently in a sense that I didn’t want to wear black, I didn’t want heavy fabric on and all that jazz. Besides, it was a nice sunny day and I opted for a cool pastel colored Aztec printed dress.
I honestly felt really light and happy that day — that probably explains the choice of dress and color of this look. I know you can say that I am very transparent even with how I dress but that’s just me!
Although, I still couldn’t find it in me to not be.. Well, ME!! I find it quite funny how I couldn’t let go of studs, haha! I chose this silver metal bracelet and partnered it with my coin necklace to balance the “girly-ness” and still have the sort of edgy-ness in my look. Mixing something sweet and tough — They actually work together.
Speaking of mixing something girly with something tough, who would have thought that it would also go well together in one song. That’s exactly what I thought upon hearing the news that Taylor Swift and B.O.B. were working on a song collaboration. Just comes to show how unpredictable many things are. In this case it’s both fashion and music — Interesting I must say! I love this song and I hope you do too.
