Over And Over

I did a shoot for SoFA a few days back and I must say, it was a very interesting shoot and I can’t wait to tell you more about it as well as show you the photos! A few things I can tell you are that one, my character was someone edgy, a rocker kind of girl yet very HIGH FASHION nonetheless. Here’s one of the looks I modeled and I must say, I wonder how it would be if I went to school looking like this everyday. Now that would definitely be something, haha!

I definitely missed having both Dan and Tippi take my look shots. It’s been awhile since I’ve sat down in the same room and just talk, laugh and catch up with these two. Not only did I miss them, but I’m pretty sure my blog missed them as well, HAHAHA!

I REALLY wish my hair and make up could be like that everyday. I’d be so happy! HAHA Btw, got the song from a track by one of my favorite bands, Hot Chip. I’ve been listening to them for awhile now and I just recently found my old iPod and happened to chance upon the song and I’ve been listening to this over and over again!

In Reel Time

This is what I wore to my first video interview (which will come out come March btw), hence the name of my post. No, I didn’t spell it wrong. They picked me as a blogger/stylist/model/designer/student. SO I needed to make sure that I looked the part of course!

It was good to come back to SoFA after so long! I got to see my friends Tippi (who took my photos today btw), Alyssa, Flor, Dan, Asia and Nic! Though we didn’t all really get to catch up but seeing them again totally made up for it! Speaking of friends, if you follow my blog, I always make sure to tell you all about when Dan and I wear similar outfits right? Well, Tippi would get freaked out — But look at what happened today — WE MATCHED! Oh Dan will laugh when she sees this!!

Great minds really do think alike! Hi Tipper!!

Here are the VERY few BTS shots I took today. More on this when I get more info on it, but do watch out for it! It was my first time to do such a thing, and I felt like a VJ — Swear! Despite all the nerves. Finally, I got to play [semi] VJ for an hour. For those who don’t know I dreamt of being a VJ, I was just always shy!

Let’s Go Surfing

I know I don’t look much like a surfer, but that was the look — Mixed with a bit of grunge. Think about it this way, Taylor Momsen out for a surf, there you go!

This was for one of the layouts for the shoot I did for my friends styling project. If you’re wondering where I got the title, it’s from the song Let’s Go Surfing by The Drums. This song always makes me want to go surfing, but I don’t know how to — Or where! Maybe one day soon! Till then, enjoy! xx

Break’s Over

So, the holidays are over and sadly, I’m not quite over it just yet. I miss late nights, going out with friends, being so carefree about what I do during my day and so much more. I wish the break wasn’t over. And sad, cause it also means the Christmas season is done (booo) and school beckons.

Okay. So, I wasn’t so keen on totally dressing up, so I kept the look simple but I made sure to wear a ton of accessories to pretty much dress up and add some color to the all black ensemble. Also, I changed my camera strap to bright pink so it would also have a bit more color!

Check out this super cool ring I got from WAGW! It opens up! How awesome is that, huh?

Thanks to the every so awesome, Danika for taking my look photos, again! One thing I love about school? I’ll be able to blog more often! Awesome sauce! I love this girl and missed her to bits!!! xx

Highlighter

What do you all have to say about my highlighter pink shorts? HAHA! Definitely something that is beyond different from what I normally wear but it’s cool doing something different from time to time don’t you think?

Another set of photos from the shoot I did with Tippi and Rafa, which I cannot stop talking about! I have a few more sets but Tippi hasn’t sent them to me so hopefully she’ll be able to do so after the Christmas rush. *coughTIPPIcough* HAHA! Well, tomorrow is Christmas eve!! I hope everyone is pretty chill already since all the shopping should be done by now. I’ll try to post something new tomorrow, wish me luck!
