I went for something easy and breezy. I’ve been to a couple of barbecues before but I never really like super dressed up for them since it was just between my friends and I. So, when I was picking out what to wear the night before I resorted in Google-ing and luckily I found my pegs.

For those wondering, I took my outfit inspiration from the Mulberry 2012 Coachella VIP Barbecue Pool Party. Of course those who attended the event were decked out in amazing clothes so I made do with what I had and VOILA! My look for the shoot! I also used minimal accessories since it was a laid-back sort of thing.

I kept my make up very clean for the shoot and my hair sorta wavy. It was a morning shoot, so I wanted to keep it fresh! I went for brown eye shadow, mascara, white eyeliner and nude lips. Perfect for a barbecue!

These have become my favorite flats. I never knew that I’d love loafers so much? They’re so comfy and they quickly add this sort of Euro-esque vibe to a look.

Wow, I don’t remember the last time I wore these sunnies! I reckon it was during the Manila Music Festival. Damn. It’s definitely been awhile! I think I should wear these more often, I even have one with brown lenses!

Whenever I go to shoots, I can never be too sure as to if it’ll start on time. So, a little something I like bringing around with me are headphones and quickly plugging them into my phone and that’ll keep me preoccupied for a while but sadly it drains out my battery. BUT! Not anymore cause I now have a limited edition Hello Kitty Walkman E470! It’s slim, the bass is amazing, the battery lasts a lifetime (okay fine, 36 hours) and they come in many colours! Also, when you buy it, it comes with a cute tin lunch box along with a bunch of accessories! Btw, isn’t it so cute that it matches my nails?

The life of a fashion blogger. Luckily I have the most amazing blogger besties who help me take outfit photos whenever we’re together! Here you can see Laur taking Nicoles photos. It’s fun actually, and I love it when we joke around and direct each other when we pose and such, haha!
